Lime Ginger Dressing
2.5 tablespoons of lime juice
1 teas fresh minced ginger
0.5 teas garlic
0.25-0.5 teas honey
3 tablespoons of coconut oil or high quality olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil (or 0.5 tbsp of soy sauce)
1) Peel skin off ginger with a potato peeler. Grate.
2) Put all ingredients together and shake or whisk.
